Today's episode is about how we need to practice gratitude daily. I've spoken about gratitude before, but sometimes we need a reminder.
It's easy to focus on just the negative things, or not realize how amazing some things really are in our lives.
I'm guilty of this personally. Things I'm doing now seem normal to me, but a year ago, I would have been ecstatic to be where I am now (the target is always moving).
